开启关闭在其他视图拖动时间轴的功能，开启在Maya时间轴之外的视窗就能拖动，关闭就是Maya默认的只能在时间轴上拖动。

Just copy and paste the code into a Shelf Button or place it in a custom script and assign a keyboard shortcut in Maya.
